Repair and documentation for your insurance claim. An insurer usually needs dated photos and a written scope before approving the work, and we prepare both.
Leak repair
Flashing, vents and valleys, found and sealed. A leak seen on a ceiling can start many feet away, so we trace the water along the deck before we seal anything.
Flat and commercial roofing
TPO and modified bitumen for low-slope roofs. On a flat roof the membrane matters more than the brand, so the material follows the slope and the drainage.

Gutters and ventilation
Seamless gutters, ridge vents and attic airflow. Poor airflow cooks shingles from underneath and shortens their life, so ventilation is part of the roof, not an extra.
