2Is the inspection really free?
Yes. The attic and deck inspection comes with a photo report and costs nothing. You are not obliged to book any work afterwards.
3Will the price change once the crew is on the roof?
No. The price is fixed in the written quote before work starts. If something unexpected turns up, such as rot in the decking, we quote it separately and wait for your signature before continuing.
4How long does a roof replacement take?
It depends on the size of the roof, the pitch and how much decking needs repair.
5What if the repair fails next winter?
Every replacement carries a 10-year workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer warranty on materials.
6Do you handle flat and commercial roofs?
Yes. We install TPO and modified bitumen on low-slope roofs, and we work on small commercial buildings as well as homes.
